Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 01/09/2026
These terms apply to website design and development work carried out by AR WEBSITE SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17428939, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA ("we", "us", "our"), for a client ("you"). By accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are provided after an initial discovery call and are valid for 30 days from the date given, unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the scope discussed, and significant changes to that scope after work begins may require a revised quote.
Payment
[Insert your actual payment structure, e.g. "A 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion, before the site is transferred or made live. Invoices are payable within 14 days."]
Revisions
[Insert your revision policy, e.g. "Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions during the design stage. Further revisions, or changes requested after sign-off, may be charged separately at an agreed rate."]
Timelines
Estimated timelines are given in good faith at the start of a project. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from your side may extend the delivery date accordingly.
Ownership
Once final payment is received, ownership of the completed website (code and design created specifically for the project) transfers to you. Until final payment is made, all work remains our property. Any third-party assets used (stock photography, fonts, plugins, etc.) remain subject to their own licences.
Cancellation
[Insert your cancellation policy, e.g. "If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and covers work completed to that point. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced separately."]
Ongoing support
Unless a separate support/maintenance agreement is in place, the site is handed over as-is on completion, and we are not obliged to provide free fixes or updates after that point.
Liability
We will carry out work with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve any specific business outcome (e.g. a particular volume of enquiries or search ranking). We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services the site depends on (hosting, domain registrars, form or email providers) being unavailable.

This is a general starting template, not legal advice, and several sections above still need your actual figures and policies filled in (marked with brackets). It also has no governing law or dispute resolution clause. Have the finished version reviewed by a qualified advisor before relying on it with real clients.
